24 weeks 2 days

This is a short, quick update to ask for people to be our prayer warriors. This morning I was showing a lot of irritability & some stronger contractions on the monitor. Dr. E checked me this morning and I am dilated to a 4. Then I was having more contractions so they rechecked me again & I am a 4-5 and starting to thin out. They have started me on another medicine for contractions (Indocin) and increased my Mag dose. They having given me more betamethasone & some antibiotics incase they can't stop the labor. If that is the case I will need to have a c-section because baby B is transverse. Please pray that God stop the labor & give the babies more time in utero. If that is not God's plan please pray He protect them & make them the strongest 24 weekers around.

    I hope you feel the comfort surround you guys of all the prayers that are being lifted. Prayers for the meds to work and labor to STOP are being prayed.
    As well as peace for you and Dave.
    I like Dave's motto, that GOD is in control.

    Praying for you. God IS able to do more than we can ask or imagine. He IS able. We'll be praying for a BIG miracle.     Dear Lord in heaven,
    We lift up Dave, Abi, and their children to You. You are Power, Lord, and we ask that You step in and use that power to keep these babies right where they are for awhile longer. As always, Lord, we pray for Your will to be done, but we also pray that Your will is to have these babies born strong, and healthy, and not anytime soon. We also come before You knowing that You love these children more than anyone ever could, and we just ask that Your healing, Holy hands be on them, keeping them safe, keeping them strong, and keeping them secure.
    We also ask for Your blessings of hope and comfort for Dave and Abi. Let them feel You near, hovering over them, granting them Your perfect peace.
    We trust in You, Lord. Only You.
    Be near.

    Abi and Dave,
    We continually lift you up in our thoughts and prayers. We pray that you'll continually feel the arms of Jesus holding you close, knowing and trusting that He is with you always. We're praying for a miracle, that God will hold those precious babies inside of you for as long as possible, and for strength and peace for you as you wait and trust in Him. We love you all!

    Joshua 1 repeats several times "Be strong and couragious" and 1:9 adds do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go" I pray that you feel God's presence and his power. Praying for healthy and strong little ones! Love, Jill

    Good morning to another day with the Twinners safe and sound! God is working His miracles through prayer, and we are thankful for knowledgeable doctors and medicine. Ben is texting me about every hour to see how you are doing. He an his friends are rallying as a group praying for all of you.
    May God grant you another day keeping those babes safe an warm!
